The following questionnaire is part of a project commissioned by Havant & East Hants Mind and Andover Mind. The aim of the project is to help improve mental health services for the LGBTQ+ Community across Hampshire, taking on board experiences, thoughts and ideas from the form below. The questionnaire is completely anonymous and will follow all GDPR regulations.
