This is your registration form for the Marching Millers 2022 Fall season! Please note that if you are registering more than one student, you must start with a different email. The email can be the student's email. There is a place to add other emails for correspondence later in the form.
To make this official, you must turn in the following items in addition to this form, which will be available at the June 2nd parent meeting (also can be found: website, email, band room0).

-You will be invoiced for $300 non refundable deposit - due June 10th
