This online pre-registration for Spring Creek Charter School's Kindergarten program will serve as a temporary "place holder" for students for the 2020-2021 school year. Completing this form will NOT complete your child's application process.

Due to the current school closure, as we do our part to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the start date to turn in completed Kindergarten Registration packets will be announced later. At this time we ask that you please complete this online form.

It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure the student's Birth Certificate, and Proof of Residence information is provided to Spring Creek Charter School during the Kindergarten Registration period. Spring Creek will contact all parents who have completed this Pre-Registration form to ensure you have the correct date we will begin registration so you may turn in your packet.
