The global pandemic has led to concerns about the mental health and wellness of youth, families, and communities.  This Straight Talk will highlight trauma informed approaches to mitigate risk and build resilience among young people.  
Come to learn how to have a supportive conversation with youth that you are concerned may be struggling with their mental health or even having thoughts of suicide. Additional resources for mental health and suicide prevention will be shared.
