Following the advance in technology, digitalized site supervision management system becomes popular and is gradually being adopted in construction projects of Hong Kong.  Today, such digitalized system is not limited to the use of paperless forms/records, e.g. RSIC and site diary, but forms an integrated system for different major activities of a construction project, e.g. BIM, EDMS, QS and NEC documentation system. The seminar will brief the audience details of such system, the trend of this development and show examples/ similar systems being implemented in Hong Kong.
