Greetings!

The UA Little Rock Multicultural Center (MC) staff are excited to have you as part of our Trojan Family! Because we believe in you and your potential to succeed and obtain your degree, we invite you to participate in the Student Affairs Diversity Initiatives (SADI).

The Student Affairs Diversity Initiatives are designed to empower, support, and assist students of color in achieving their goal of earning a college degree and preparing for life after graduation. Support and resources are provided at no cost. You can join SADI in one of two ways:

1. AS A MENTEE

As a SADI mentee, you will be connected with a mentor team, consisting of a peer mentor (current UA Little Rock student) and a professional mentor (UA Little Rock faculty or staff member). SADI mentees also have member benefits.

2. AS A MEMBER

If you aren’t looking for a mentor but still want to be involved in SADI, become a member! As a member, you can:
•   attend trainings and workshops to develop your academic and personal skills
•   participate in fun social activities on and off-campus
• receive information on volunteer, internship, and job opportunities

All SADI participants are also eligible for leadership opportunities (i.e., chair) on one of several committees:
•   African American Female Initiative
•   African American Male Initiative
•   Hispanic/Latinx Initiative
•   Cultural Events & Diversity Programming
