NORCAL Furs 2023 Pride parade contingent STANDBY RSVP

So you missed the Initial RSVP for the 2023 pride contingent. That's a bummer. While we want to be inclusive as possible SF Pride rules and being able to plan for the safety of our marchers does restrict us to maintaining a certain size for our contingent.

Filling out his form DOES NOT guarantee you any space in our contingent. It just adds you to the list of standbys that we will go through when there are no shows day of the parade. We are still limited to 150 marchers.

As said, you still might be able to participate of we have vacancies. (If nearby Embarcadero station at 10:30 am on  Sunday, June 25th 2023) or at the least least cheer us from the sidelines.

Risk Awareness. *
Being in a big city has rewards and sometimes risk, although San Francisco has low crime rates for its size. Years past have gone well, and this is a high visibility public event with a lot of security, but we can't predict factors outside our control. Also Covid19 continues to be a challenge with events. We reserve the choice to turn away anyone who appears to show visible symptoms. The walk is a somewhat strenuous nearly 2 mile walk, So know and be aware of your limits.
Are you planning to fursuit in the parade? *
Please tell us if you plan to Fursuit (Fursuiting not required) in the parade. Also since you are a last moment drop in we highly recommend you either partial or not ware one this year as we cannot wait for you to change last moment. Changing space is also not guaranteed. The first and best option is to wear it in or change at car or on street. Due to storage space, only bring soft, squishable, carry bags to the float if necessary, absolutely no hard bins allowed.
Do you have any severe mobility requirements?

The parade walking route is about 1 1/2 miles. It's a long walk but we have fans and water.  Space on the float is limited and we will be trying to accommodate passengers based on their needs. Please state your requirements if any. Note that if you had registered earlier you could have been assured a spot on the float if needed.

Here's where you could have volunteered as a contingent monitor.
Kept here to keep the forms consistent this field was to volunteer.. It is something that can not be done last moment but for next year it is a way to participate and help this all happen.

Do you plan to dress (or not dress at all) in a way inappropriate for TV broadcast standards? *
We ask because we like to be seen by supporters and family at home.   This will not prohibit you from attending, but we need to know to be able to locate you away from the TV cameras as we pass them.
