This recycling effort would occur every other week. A new cart and collection  price is $8.50/mo. more for every home within the city limits with the time remaining on our current city contract.  If the contract for garbage pickup is extended for 5 years, the recycling billing rate will be $4.75/mo. Every resident would have two 95-gallon carts instead of just the one they have now. Frontier Waste would  send a separate truck down the city streets and roadways dedicated to recycling collection. It is likely the recycling cart collection would not be set out on the same day as the trash collection
