Please complete the form below to register for the upcoming 2021-22 Girls Volleyball season. Registration is open for girls in 4th - 8th grade in the Fall of 2021. Some additional information: Cost is $190 ($25 can be deducted if a uniform is not needed). The fee will be charged on your FACTS account for CJB students. RE students can pay via check to CJB by dropping off a check in the CJB main office. We anticipate practices will start in early November. PHYSICALS ARE REQUIRED BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE. All students must complete and review the required Athletic Department documents. After you register, please print and return the appropriate documents and return to the office to Mr. Eddington's attention.

dbernas@cjbschool.org) to be reactivated. The Archdiocese had to deactivate ALL accounts last year due to COVID-19. Once you're logged into your account, you must check your requirements and complete them. Please don't delay on this or assume that you're OK because you've done everything in the past.
