Private Cake Class Questionnaire
This questionnaire is to help gather all of the information I need to discuss preparing and planning a class for your group! I've done church groups, birthday parties, etc. and would be happy to plan with you! The more knowledge I have of what you are looking for, the better. Even if it's an estimate, we can always change it later!

I require at least 45 minutes before and after a class for cleanup. I also require all details be decided on before you officially start advertising a class and before I can fully commit to the class.

Will you want this to be a private class or open to the public? *
Option 1 Public Class:  This class is open to the public - we both advertise. Everyone registers on my website (if you want to see how people register for classes you can see my other classes on buckobakery.com). 
Option 2 Private Class: This class is just for your group and those they know (if you choose that)- only you advertise. They sign up through you, you let me know the total of signups, then you send me my payment at least 5 days prior to the event). 
Where is your venue and what type is it? (Type could be rec center, church, wedding venue, etc.) *
How many students would you like me to teach? Minimum is usually 20 for these types of classes but I can try working with your vision to see what we can do. I discount my prices for large groups so if we decide on (for example) 20 spots, all 20 need to be paid for or the price has to be made higher per person.  *
Classes this size I can usually only make one flavor and one design (if applicable). Do you have anything in mind? *
I will provide all materials, ingredients, tools, etc. I expect you to provide the venue, clean bathrooms, a clean place to wash hands, paper towels, tables and chairs. Will you need me to help with table set up or can you do it on your own? *
Some events require me to pay a fee and some are free. Do you have an amount or percentage you expect from the sales of tickets? This is a factor for how I price out my classes.  *
Do you have a kitchen space available?
It is not required but it is good to know before deciding on flavors/designs.

Do you have a time in particular you want to have a class for? Could be a certain day, week, month or a good time of day.  *
I require to know how many people booked the class at least a week in advance and I also expect full payment at least a week in advance to gather ingredients and prep. Does this work with you?

I accept Venmo, cash or I can send over an invoice for a secure online payment.
