Once you have submitted your application, you will be invited to schedule a 30 minute, mini-coaching session with me to get a feel for what coaching would be like, and to begin to cast a vision for achieving food freedom!

My coaching is available for purchase as packages of sessions. Please note that it takes a minimum of 12 sessions to complete the Intuitive Eating Workbook. Please specify which package option you would consider purchasing.  *
