Event types: Workshops, Conferences, Training Events, Business Celebrations, Community Talks/Forums, Non-profit Events
We will contact you directly if there are scheduling conflicts. If there are no conflicts, we will book the space for you or your organization.
Important Notes:
- 2 hour minimum rental
- Set up and takedown are to be included in rented hours
- Full payment is due at least 72 hours before the event (unless otherwise agreed upon)
- 84 person capacity (includes balcony)
- Please be advised: our members will be using the bathrooms nearby and may overhear some words as they walk through the hallway.
- One-day event insurance is required for events over 4 hours OR if alcohol is served to protect all attendees and protect our building and equipment (General work-style meetings do not apply)

Pricing:
**Effective March 1st, 2024 - All bookings added to the schedule AFTER March 1st are subject to this pricing**
20% of the rental fee is required up front and non-refundable. The remaining 80% is due 1 week prior to booking

After Hours Pricing: bookings that run outside of business hours (M-F, 8-5pm) are subject to an extra $25/hour charge
