Puzzles, Pizza, & Pitchers - July 12th
Teams of 4 people compete to finish a 500 piece puzzle, 2 flatbread pizzas, and 2 pitchers of beer (or equivelant oz).  This form is your registration, and you will choose the flavors of food and drink.

Cost is $100 per team
*if Seltzers/Wine Coolers are chosen as a drink option Cost per team is $120*
Once your form is filled out, call Price Creek to pay your entrance fee: (319) 622-5254.  
Entrance fee is due by June 30th to ensure we have enough puzzles and food.

Before, during, and after the event, Price Creek Event Center will remain open with a full bar, Walking Tacos, various Flatbread options, and Wings available for purchase.

Drink Options
Each team can choose to have one of the following options
  • 2 pitchers of Tap Beer
  • 11 - 12oz cans of Beer/Seltzers/Wine Coolers
  • 1 pitcher & 6 - 12oz cans of Beer/Seltzers/Wine Coolers
If Seltzers or Wine Coolers are chosen, the total team fee will be $120

Choices of drinks will be:
  • Tap Beer will be Coors Light or Michelob Ultra
  • Cans of Beer will be: Miller Lite, Miller Highlife, Budwiser, Budlight
  • Seltzer/Wine Coolers will be assorted flavors of: Carbliss, Smirnoff, or Seagrams
**If someone on your team needs non-alcoholic beverages, sign up for at least 6 cans, then call us and we can swap out 2-3 cans for soda. **
