How much do sessions cost?
Sessions are $100 each.

How frequently do we meet?
Sessions last 1 hour. We can determine the frequency based on your needs. We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. 

What can I expect in a session?
Sessions will take place over a video platform. We will begin each session with a few minutes of silence or a breathing practice (based on your comfort level). I will then ask you to share what's on your heart and mind. You can expect confidentiality and compassionate listening. I will offer insights and suggestions that come up based on what is shared.
