This is a sign-up sheet for Open Mics at Tokyo Comedy Bar. Please sign-up to as few or as many as as you like. Please note the addition

Please note:
- sign-up is not first-come-first-served. Sign-up closes on the Friday morning of the week before the shows.
- if you sign-up and then have a change of plans, please resubmit the form. We will look at the last response submitted. By clicking "none-of-the-above" you can cancel all previous requests.
- We will do our best to accommodate specific requests and balance spots.
- If it is your first time, please send a mail to info@standupcomedy.com so we can give your application special attention.

Please note we also have a drop-in open mic on Fridays & Saturdays at 9:30pm called Last Train Comedy
