*Scholarships cover registration fees. Scholarship recipients are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. No reimbursement will be given for travel expenses.*

Completing this form does not guarantee you a scholarship, this is an application for a scholarship. If awarded a scholarship, you will be notified with code to register.

If you aren't awarded a scholarship prior to registration opens, and you register and pay for the conference, you will not receive a refund and your scholarship will be given to someone on the waitlist.
