This scholarship is ONLY FOR students who have declared a major in education.

If you have any questions or concerns about this form, please contact Dr. Suzanne Johnston (sjohnston4@uca.edu), who can advise you regarding how and when to apply.

The deadlines for applications are:

First Friday of October for spring semesters
First Friday of November for summer
Last Friday of March for fall semesters

Regardless of when you submit your application, your application will not be reviewed until the appropriate due date. Early submissions will not guarantee you funding or more funding than any other applicant.

Please fill out this application in its entirety. You will ONLY be able to submit it ONCE and you will not be able to edit your responses after you have submitted the entire form (including the 500-word essay).
