Important Show Information
Proof of insurance and necessary permits will be required for Food Vendors.

**This is a juried event, so please be sure to have photos ready to email before filling out this form**  

Each vendor will be assigned a space.  Outdoor Vendor spaces are $100 and are located on grass, tents are required.  Indoor Vendor spaces very limited and are $175.  Vendors are to supply their own tables and tent.   WIFI is NOT available.  Power is available on a LIMITED basis, so please let us know if you will need power.  Only 110 voltage available.  (all outdoor vendors will have access to power for lights only unless otherwise noted on application)

Each business needs to purchase their own booth space.  

Setup is Thursday August 22nd from 5pm-7pm and Friday August 23rd 10am-4pm.  Saturday setup is 7:30-8:30am.  All vehicles must be out of the event area 30 minutes prior to show start time.

Vendors need to be sure that their area is clean of all garbage/items by 7pm on Saturday.  If your vendor area is not clean, there will be a $50 fee invoiced to you.  We will have several garbage cans available to you on the grounds.

It is Important that all Vendors help with Marketing of the Event.   Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram and Invite your customers and friends as well.   Please also post about your booth and what you have to offer.   The event will also be advertised on multiple platforms.  

Lighting is Required for the outdoor vendors for the Friday Night Event.  The grounds has large overhead lights, but your booth will be dark when the sun sets.   Twinkle lights or patio lights around your tent work great.   Please bring an extension cord.

Booth spaces are non-refundable.   In the event of cancellation due to a natural disaster or something out of our control, vendor fees will be transferred to the next year's show.  Any cancellation on behalf of the vendor will not be refunded or deferred.  

Outdoor vendors are required to both stake their tents and have weights on their tents.   I would suggest also bringing rope to tie off to the bleachers or fencing.  We get some large wind gusts at night.   Be sure all tents are lowered at night.  

Please be sure you are a member of the Facebook Group "Dirt Road Salvage Vendors" as we post important show information in the group.  This will all also be sent via email.  

Camping Spaces with power are available for a special Vendor Rate at $20 per Night.  Space is limited.  If planning to camp, please check nights requested.  This will be added to your invoice

Outdoor spaces are 10x10 and the cost is $100.  You can have as many 10x10 spaces as you want, at no extra charge, if you are outdoors, but only one business can be represented per space.   You will need a tent for each 10x10 space you request.   

Indoor Spaces are 8ft in depth by 15 feet in length and are $175.  

There are limited indoor spaces available.  All customers enter and exit through the building.
