Disclaimer of Liability: Pusch Ridge Christian Academy its staff, and its athletic department do not assume any liability for any injuries incurred while a student is participating in this sports camp. Students participating in the camp and use the equipment and facilities of Pusch Ridge Christian Academy do so at his/her own risk. Sports are physical in nature and those who elect to participate must recognize that injuries may occur which could be crippling for life.  Pusch Ridge Christian Academy and its staff shall not be held liable for any damages arising from personal injury sustained by the participant. The participant and his/her parents assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries which may occur during the camp’s activities and so hereby fully and forever exonerate and discharge PRCA, its athletic department and its staff from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, causes of action present or future whether the same be known, anticipated, or unanticipated resulting from or arising out of participation in athletics and in the use of PRCA facilities or while a member of an athletic team camp.
