BFCC PRAYERS & PRAISE Request Form
Please use this form to let us know how we can pray for you and/or others.  All requests will be shared with our prayer care team, Pastor Jess, and our church committee members to pray over throughout the week, unless otherwise specified below.  You may also use this form to provide us with updates on prayer requests, and share ways in which you have seen God's presence, faithfulness, and provision and praise God for his steadfast love.

Prayer Requests can also be emailed directly to the church admin and/or Pastor Jess.

Your privacy is important to us.  Please let us know how your prayers may be shared. Our admin has access to all information in this form but will only share the information provided as noted below.
- PUBLIC/CONGREGATION: Least restrictive option.  May be shared with the congregation, as appropriate, and/or via weekly emails & updates. Also includes everyone in the choices below.
- SEMI-PRIVATE/PRAYER CARE TEAM ONLY: Only share with prayer care team members, including Pastor Jess, the Deacons, & the various church committee members that meet during the week. Do not share in weekly church-wide email or outside of this unless given specific permission in the comments below or verbally.
- CONFIDENTIAL/PASTOR ONLY: Please only share with Pastor Jess unless I specify others below.
- OTHER: Use comments to describe in more detail
