Registration Form: Holy Cross High School At Home Learner/Virtual Attendance 2020-2021
As the start of the school year is rapidly approaching, with 'soft-opening' days (for 10th-12th grade students) on August 10-11, and our first full day of school on August 12, Holy Cross High School is developing plans for a safe and healthy start to the 2020-2021 school year. At this time, we plan on returning at 100% capacity with traditional In-Person instruction, with the addition of safety measures and procedures in alignment with the Diocese of Covington Department of Catholic Schools COVID-19 Return to School Requirements. (Holy Cross High School guidelines published on Friday July 24).
If your student(s) will be choosing At-Home Learner/Virtual Attendance at the start of the 2020-2021 school year due to health and safety concerns, please complete this form no later than Friday July 31.
Please note: In opting-out of In-Person Instruction at the start of the 2020-2021 school year:
• Student(s) will be participating in our At Home Learner/Virtual Attendance program for the ENTIRE FIRST
QUARTER.
• Students may NOT participate in athletics, extracurricular, or school events for the duration of their Virtual
Attendance.
• Student(s) must follow Holy Cross High School’s At Home Learner/Virtual Attendance Guidelines.
(see HCHS return to school guidelines, published July 24)
• Student(s) will be held to the same grading and attendance standards as traditional learners.
