Edgewood Boys' Basketball Back 2 School Camp
Who: Boys in 3rd-8th Grade

Where: Edgewood Jr. High Gym

Times: Grades 3rd-5th 8:45-10:00 and Grades 6th-8th 10:15-11:30

Dates: Saturdays August 21, 28 September 11, and 18.

What: Speed Development, Shooting, Ball Handling, Passing, Individual Defensive Technique, and 1 on 1 Scoring Moves

Cost: $15 per day or $40 for all 4 days. Payment collected at the camp. Make checks payable to Edgewood High School.

Registration: Please complete this form. Players can register at the door.

Covid Restrictions: Players need to wear masks until camp begins. All players need to bring their own waterbottle. Players in 3rd-5th grade need to bring their own basketball. Please let us know if you do not have a basketball. We can work something out.

I give my permission for my child to participate in the Edgewood Boys Basketball Camp knowing it will contain vigorous physical activity that could lead to injury. To the best of my knowledge he is physically capable of performing vigorous activity. I release and hold harmless Edgewood High School and its coaches from any and all liabilities, personal injuries, and damages to or loss of personal property arising, directly or indirectly, in condition with my child’s use of facilities and equipment of the specific camp site. In the event my child is injured, I authorize the basketball staff to secure first aid and/or the services of a legally qualified physician or hospital, and agree to assume all financial obligations connected therewith. *
