SABAW 2024 Board Application
Please use this form to apply to the SABAW Board of Directors for 2024.  Votes approving or denying your application will take place at the SABAW Annual Meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, December 12 at 5:00 p.m.  If you are applying to the Board, your attendance at the Annual Meeting is expected.  To be considered, please complete this application no later than Sunday, December 10.  

Role Descriptions:
  • President Elect: Three-year commitment.  The 2024 President Elect will be President in 2025 and Immediate Past President in 2026. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing SABAW administrative activities, attending and at times presiding over monthly Board Meetings, planning events for SABAW membership, and fundraising.  
  • Treasurer: One-year commitment.  Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) attending monthly board meetings, managing all of SABAW's finances and filings, and assisting with events for members.
  • Secretary: One-year commitment.  Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) scheduling, preparing agenda, attending, and taking minutes for SABAW monthly board meetings, managing governing documents for SABAW, managing deadlines, and assisting with events for members. 
  • Board Member at Large:  One-year commitment.  Primary responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) attending monthly board meetings, planning and executing events for SABAW members, including networking events, educational CLEs, and pro bono opportunities, and fundraising for SABAW.
