Program Policies as set forth by the Metallurgy & Materials Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM):

  • I hereby understand that if my submitted abstract is accepted for the technical program in a poster session, I will pay the applicable registration fee and that failure to do so by the stipulated deadline may result in the removal of my presentation from the program.
  • I understand that I must present in person at the conference.
  • Health compliance mandate: I understand that I am required to follow local protocols in regard to health measures to participate in this meeting. Failure to do so may restrict my participation. No refunds will be provided for non-compliance.
