USD 290 Food Service Request  August 10 - August 31st
Please fill out the form below to help us prepare enough breakfast/lunch packs. Completing this form will get your children food for Monday-Friday August 10, 2020 - August 31, 2020. (Friday meals will be delivered with Thursday) This is a federal guideline for providing this service. Food buses will be at sites for food pick up from 10:30am-11:30am. Contact USD 290 Central Office (785-229-8010) or USD 290 Transportation (785-229-8040) if you have difficulty completing the form.  We look forward to providing this service for your children!
