We are so excited to have you and we are ready to see all of the campers! With this form you can sign your camper(s) up in order to secure their spot at this years Changemakers At Work! There is a limit of 100 campers for each week of camp. If you have more then one camper you will need to fill out the form for each of them. Each camper is $115 per week. We are also offering before care and after care for the working parents. If you choose to enroll in that program it will be an extra $50 per week. *Campers will only be registered fully once the proper payments have been made. An email with an invoice will be sent to you the day of OR day after you register. Please keep an eye on this email and pay invoice the same day if possible. The invoice will expire after 24 hours. If camp registration is full, then campers will be added to waiting list.*

Camp is going to be held at the church this year. The address is 520 N. Holland Bellville, TX 77418 (near downtown). Our beautiful Retreat Center is under construction. It's a complete coincidence that the theme for camp is construction!! LOL!!

Camp dates:
Week 1: June 6 - June 10
Week 2: June 13 - June 17

Camp Time: 9AM-4PM
Before Care: 7:30AM-9AM
After Care: 4PM-5:30PM

Please Pay via square invoice sent to email after submission. Online transactions are subject to processing charges, therefore the prices will be adjusted to cover this charge. All payments will be electronic, please let the Camp Hope director know if you have any questions or concerns.

After this form is submitted you will receive further information regarding camp functions, information, lunch details, water days, payment details ect. Please double check that all of your information is correct before submitting the registration form.
