Vendor Information Package

We are always accepting applications, however space is not guaranteed as the our need for specific vendors and products is always changing. 

We appreciate everyone who applies to become a vendor, but only those who will be offered a space in the shop will be contacted. Your acceptance will be based on a variety of criteria including, but not limited to: the quality and uniqueness of your work, the presence of other vendors in your product category, the locations of your current stockists and the appeal of your branding, marketing, and displays.

VENDOR SPACE INFORMATION
We have a variety of different vendor spaces based on product type/category. Please read through and apply to the correct space according to space requirements. If you have any questions - please reach out and we can help your through the application process :) 

The following Vendor Space Types are listed in more detail below:

STANDARD VENDOR SPACE:

Note: a standard vendor space is applicable to any and all products that DO NOT include jewelry, clothing, food or large product categories items. If your product is taller than 11" you will need more than 1 shelf space (ie . one shelf + one wall space equivalent to a second shelf).

Standard shelves are 24" wide, 12" deep and 11" tall. 

  • 1 shelf - $50/mo (small items only (shorter than 11")
  • 2 shelves - $100/mo
  • 3 shelves - $150/mo
  • 4 shelves - $200/mo
  • 6 shelves (full wall) - $300/mo

10% commission on all sales will be collected prior to monthly vendor payouts.

JEWELRY VENDOR SPACE:

Note: Jewelry vendor fees are higher due to the ability to fit significantly more product into a standard space than other product categories. Jewelry will be placed in a specific location in the shop on jewelry specific fixtures.

Jewelry shelves are 26" wide, 8-14" deep (depends on specific shelf location) and 14" tall. 

  • 1 shelf - $65/mo
  • 2 shelves - $120/mo
  • 3 shelves - $180/mo
  • 4 shelves - $240/mo
  • note: if you are placed on a lower shelf, you will receive one extra shelf at no charge.

10% commission on all sales will be collected prior to monthly vendor payouts.

LARGE/BULKY ITEM VENDOR SPACE:

Note: These spaces are reserved for those who sell a majority of large items (ie. pillows, large signs, large pottery pieces/boards, lamps, large purses, large blankets, adult shoes, artwork - all larger than 16" tall). Vendors who sell a range of product (mostly small/medium with a few large) are not eligible for this category.

Standard shelves are 24" wide, 12" deep and 14" tall or equivalent wall space.

  • 1 shelf - $35/mo (available only for product that is shorter than 14")
  • 2 shelves - $70/mo
  • 3 shelves - $105/mo
  • 4 shelves - $140/mo
  • 6-7 shelves (Full wall) - $245/mo

10% commission on all sales will be collected prior to monthly vendor payouts.

CLOTHING VENDOR SPACE:

Note: These spaces are reserved for those who sell clothing items ONLY or would like to combine a clothing specific fixture with their shelf space.

  • 24" U-RAIL Bar (sml clothing - max 24" long) - $70/mo
  • 24" U-RAIL Bar (med clothing - max 36" long) - $105/mo
  • 24" U-RAIL Bar (lrg clothing - max 60" long) - $175/mo
  • 12" Faceout bars (sml clothing - max 24" long) - $60/mo
  • 12" Faceout bar (med - max 36" long) - $95/mo
  • 12" Faceout Bar (lrg - max 60" long) - $165/mo
  • FULL WALL SECTION CLOTHING VENDOR OPTION - $245/mo - Includes full 2ft x 7ft section and as many clothing fixtures as desired pending space constraints and merchandising approval by the owner.

Please note, all U-Rail Bars have the option to add a faceout bar combo (to be used within the same 24" wide space) at no additional charge.

10% commission on all sales will be collected prior to monthly vendor payouts.

PANTRY/FOOD VENDOR SPACE:

Note: These spaces are reserved for those who sell small food items only. These spaces are subject to availability as counter space is limited. 

Our “market counter” spaces are 12" wide, 12" deep and can be up to 16" tall.

The price is $20/mo and 10% commission of sales. Each space includes a section behind the counter for stock which will be replenished after EVERY sale in order to ensure maximum exposure and most efficient use of the small space.

If we do not have any market space available, food vendors will be offered a "lrg/bulky item" shelf space priced at 35$/mo.

10% commission on all sales will be collected prior to monthly vendor payouts.

SPACE ADD-ON OPTIONS

Please note, there are additional space "add-on" and specialty fixture spaces available as well which will be available to select when applying for your specific space. They include the following list:

Add On Options:

  • Wall hooks beside shelf space (if space is available) - 5$/mo
  • Half Bust Mannequin (male or female available) - 10$/mo
  • Full Standing Mannequin (adult female) - 30$/mo
  • Youth Standing Mannequin - 10$/mo
  • Toddler Mannequin - 10$/mo
  • Baby Mannequin - 10$/mo
Specialty Fixture Options:
  • Card Spinner Space - 12" x 48" - 20$/mo
  • Wardrobe Fixture (one 1 available) - 250$/mo - Includes: 36" clothing rail (max 60" length product, 48" top shelf, 4 x 12"x12" accessory shelves.
  • Console Table Jewelry Fixture - 100$/mo
  • Lower Feature Table Jewelry Fixture - 130$/mo
  • Large Feature Table Jewelry Fixture - 300$/mo
  • Bamboo Fixture - 180$/mo - includes 3 x 36" shelves

10% commission on all sales will be collected prior to monthly vendor payouts.

***If you are a local artist and would like to apply to our full commission program (40/60) please send us an email or message on social media with a sample of your artwork and we will reach out to discuss. Note, full commission is available to artists only at this time***

Upon approval of your application, a signed contract and fee deposit will be required to reserve your space. First and last month fees are required for all vendors. Monthly fees after the first month will be collected via plooto.

Please note, additional discounts are available for those able to pay their entire term in full.

Liability insurance is required for all vendors selling the following products: 

- baby/children's items
- health products
- food products
- bath/body products
- skincare products
- candles or scented items
- electronic items. 

Vendors are required to supply a valid certificate of insurance.

All other vendors are strongly advised to provide liability insurance. Those who chose to opt out will be required to sign a waiver releasing our shop and employees of any liability.
