Summer Rec '21 Registration Form
We have many activities to choose from that are weekly reoccurring events that are classified as "Daily" or "Core" activities as well as 3-day camps and single day activities.  Students signed up for the Daily/Core activities will also get a summer rec t-shirt as part of their registration fee.  Students enrolled in the Strength & Conditioning option will earn their shirt with attendance and hard work!

Fees are nonrefundable unless cancelled due to a lack of registrants.

Cancellations due to weather will be sent via text, email, and posted on our website and Facebook pages the morning of the event.

SWIMMING LESSONS: Lessons are at the Adrian Community Pool with certified life guards. 4:00 - 4:45: Preschool - Level 2; 5:00 - 5:45: Levels 3 - 6. $30/individual or $75/family
