Income Distribution Misconceptions: India
The purpose of this survey is to understand how well you understand India: in terms of distribution of income, expenditure, savings and related statistics. We will compare people's perceptions from answers in this survey with the actual figures. We will then publish the differences.

What is your total family monthly income in Rupees, after taxes? For this add up the monthly incomes of all earning members. Round this to the nearest thousand. So if the monthly household income is 35,500, please answer 35000. *
