Starting at 12:00 GMT (14:00 CEST) on Monday 18 September 2023 and finishing after 24 hours at 12:00 GMT (14:00 CEST), Tuesday 19 September 2023. 50+ speakers invited from the public sector across 7 continents (yes, hopefully even Antarctica) and the deep blue oceans will explain what is special and inspiring about how their country is progressing towards one, more or all the SDGs. The virtual baton will pass from country to country, time zone to time zone across all time zones. So our speakers will be presenting during their local daylight hours! Our aim is to showcase what different countries around the world are doing to achieve the SDGs - especially any activities or initiatives that others may be inspired by and even adopt for themselves.As well as country updates, we will have a number of surprises during the day to keep our ever changing audience people focused and to raise our awareness of the need to achieve ALL the SDGs.
