HK Flow Fest 2022 工作坊報名表格
「香港心流藝術節 HK Flow Fest 2022」由Arts Trix 及 Flow Space 聯合主辦，由2022年5月21日至6月25日期間，有各式各樣的工作坊給大眾參加，大家可以體驗不同的藝術道具，並嘗試透過它們幫助自己進入「心流」的狀態，工作坊亦會分享更多有關心流藝術的歷史和精神，讓大家可以更深入地了解心流文化。

適合對象：任何年齡層、想透過心流更了解身體的人士
活動內容：
每一場工作坊都有不同道具作為主題，我們會有專業的導師分享該道具的入門技巧以及流動特質，幫助參加者尋找適合自己的道具和流動方式，透過練習和感受身體與道具之間的物我關係進入心流的狀態。
工作坊後一小時 (21:30 - 22:30) 為「心流社區」環節，參加者可自由練習不同的道具和交流，一邊動手練習，一邊和其他人聊天，希望透過一些生活化或者比較輕鬆的閒聊，讓大家可以建立一個藝術、練習與生活並存的藝術社區。

Arts Trix and Flow Space collaboratively present to you - Hong Kong Flow Fest 2022! From 21 May to 25 June, we will be conducting exciting Flow Arts Workshops that features various Flow Arts props. The workshops will be open to public and we'll welcome all circus enthusiasts, art lovers or just simply curious souls to join us! In this experience, participants will encounter different props and learn more about the background and culture of Flow Arts.

Workshop Details：
The workshop will focus on prop learning and tutorial. Our tutors will be sharing the techniques and specialties of a different Flow Arts prop each week. In the course of the practice, we aspire to let participants experience and experiment with different forms flow, while finding its connection to our body and mind.  
The hour after the workshop (21:30 - 22:30) will be a Flow Arts Jam. Participants are welcomed to stay behind to practice any prop of their choice in a friendly and chill environment. Feel free to chat, share, mingle as you practice and play freely with the props. In this cozy and casual atmosphere, we hope to create an bonded community where everyone can practice and create art.

每場工作坊的主題內容 Workshop Themes
5月21日(六)  May 21 (Sat)  |  20:30 - 21:30
毛利繩球/波依舞 Poi (額滿)
Poi 是非常流行的Flow Arts 道具之一。起源自紐西蘭毛利人傳統舞蹈，配合光與火勾勒出各式各樣的圖案，漸漸演化成現代的 Poi。操作Poi的自由度相當之高，初學者可以選擇不同的系統分支學習，進階玩家更可以創造屬於自己的流動特質及風格。

5月28日(六) May 28 (Sat)  |   20:30 - 21:30
水晶球 Contact Ball (額滿)
Contact Ball 又可稱為水晶球(Crystal ball)，透過訓練集中力與專注力，配合身體律動，令水晶球看似懸浮在空中，或在身上不同部位流動，創造一套屬於自己的視覺藝術語言。

6月4日(六)  Jun 4 (Sat)  |   20:30 - 21:30
絲綢扇 Silk Fans （額滿）
以扇為基礎造型的道具，火扇及綢緞扇有不同的結構及操作方式。火扇的手握處設有圓形的孔洞，方面套入手指或手掌轉動；而綢緞扇則使用摺疊設計，以方便進行開合的動作。兩者都可以配合舞蹈去呈現獨特的個人風格。

6月11日(六)  Jun 11 (Sat)  |   20:30 - 21:30
龍棍 Dragon Staff (額滿)
Dragon Staff 是在長棍的末端加上平行配件，操控為接觸(Contact)及滾動(Rolling) 為主，由於加上了平行配件，操作方式與一般的長棍及接觸棍截然不同。使用者大多數時間需要透過手掌以外的部位使Dragon Staff 保持滾動的狀態。

心流體驗 Flow Arts
包含各式各樣的心流道具，可以嘗試透過不同道具幫助自己進入「心流」的狀態，工作坊亦會分享更多有關心流藝術的歷史和精神，讓大家可以更深入地了解心流文化。
