26.2 RRC have entered 10 teams into the Nonsuch relays taking part on 1st July 2019. Each team is made up of 4 runners who each need to complete a 1.87 mile / 3km course.

We will be entering teams of a range of standards and hope to be competitive at the top end of the event. We welcome all runners to sign up and will select our teams from the first 40 runners to sign up. If you have a preference for team members to run with, please provide these.
