Request for Mental Health Services
Hello and welcome! We are glad you reached out. If you are interested in mental health counseling AND you are enrolled for Summer 2025 at Grossmont College, please fill in the form below. Please note that we have no more appointments available for the Spring Semester. If you are not enrolled for Summer Session, but would like to set up mental health sessions for the Fall, please wait and submit this form after 8/11/25. 

We offer therapy sessions both virtually (through Zoom) and in-person, please indicate your preference. After submitting this form, please keep an eye on your email. We will email you within 2-3 business days with the date and time of your first session and next steps. At this first session we will discuss your needs, assess whether our services are the right fit for you, and make a plan for moving forward. 

Please be sure to include all of your available weekdays/times (during business hours). Our hours are: 
  • Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm 
  • Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm 
The more availability you include, the sooner you will be scheduled. Please note, our staff checks this form throughout the week; however, if you would like to speak to someone more promptly, please call our office at 619-644-7192.
