Once you complete these simple questions, I will send you a full client intake PDF where you will fill out your personal details and information for me to get to know you better. I will send you the PDF and confirm an appointment time. The completed PDF will help guide our session together as I ask you many, many questions to create a unique, individualized plan specific to your needs.

During our session I will also discuss possible recommendations to support you via Yoga and Ayurveda. Your 45-minute consultation session ends with a typed protocol PDF file alongside any digital media to support your process and recommendations. I often send clients videos, recipes, how to's resources to help them in their understanding and success. With over 15 years of consultation experience I have acquired many support materials to help each of you individually.

Our 45--minute Ayurvedic Consultation session is $65 (discounted rate). Payments can ONLY BE MADE VIA CASH. Please bring exact change as I live in Costa Rica and don't have USD change. So if I do have to offer change it will be in Colones.
