As CUMC embarks on creating a comprehensive resource guide to support "Aging In Place" in our beautiful valley, we ask for your input as a caregiver,  one needing care, or as a supportive neighbor or friend.  If you prefer to return your responses in print form, you may mail to CUMC at PO Box 507 in Westcliffe,  or drop in the mailbox on the porch of the "Stone House" (Church Office) at 204 S. Sixth Street.
