Yard Signs Location Rules & Regulations

In general, political yard signs may be placed by property owners (or renters) on personally owned (or rented) property at any time. They should NOT be placed along road right-of-ways (medians, etc). Delegate Walker's district (51) includes most (not all) of Monongalia County. Since the purpose of the signs is to reach her voters, we can't place signs outside District 51. Signs should not block the view from roadways or driveways. If your property is rented or in a home-owners-association, be sure to check your lease, landlord and/or HOA to ensure you are following any applicable rules.
