The RMHS Elite Camp will be in its 9th year in 2023. The camp started at the Edge Ice Arena, then we moved the camp to the University of Denver. In 2023 the RMHS Selects Elite camp will be hosted in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The RMHS staff is excited about the new location and the endless possibilities for years to come. The RMHS Select camp will use the mountains and high-elevation training to benefit the athlete. The Howelsen Ice Arena is one of the few Olympic-size sheets with some of the best ice conditions year-round. The resident campers will be housed at Colorado Mountain College. CMC offers double occupancy rooms with full bathrooms in each room. The RMHS staff has also set up a professional shuttle service with Go Alpine taxi to ensure the athletes get safely to and from DIA or the metro Denver area! This camp is for the Peewee and Bantam age groups and caters to players currently playing at Tier I and II levels. The RMHS staff will also select players from our other skill development camps and clinics to receive invites to this camp. This camp is designed to educate current Tier I & Tier II athletes in the birth year range of 2009-2012 on improving their approach to the game on and off the ice.
