23andMe Publication Dataset Access Request Form
Update 06/26/2023: Our data processing system was down between May 13, 2023 and June 25, 2023. While we have now fixed this issue, we are unable to process any requests received during that time period. If you applied for published data access between May 13 and June 25, please reapply below.

Please complete this form to submit your request for published 23andMe GWAS datasets. Please note we require the applicant to be at the associate professor level. If the applicant is not an associate professor, we will not accept your application.

Information provided on this form will be used to populate a Statement of Work and Data Transfer Agreement between your institution and 23andMe. The form will require information about the principal investigator, research personnel, any additional collaborators, the specific GWAS you wish to receive, and a summary of your project.

If the published dataset you are searching for is not an option on the form, please email apply.research@23andme.com with the following subject line: PDA Program - Data Request,  and request the data.

If you have questions about how to submit this form please review the FAQs on our 23andMe Dataset Access webpage (https://research.23andme.com/dataset-access/) prior to submission.
