If the Saturday Night Auction & Dinner was moved to an off-site venue to accommodate more people and significantly reduce volunteers needed, please check the 2 most important criteria.

Location - within 5 mile radius of school.

Hotel - somewhere guests can spend the night.

Food - location with best food.

Cost - venue selected based on keeping expenses low.

I would rather the event stay in the gym and I understand this may limit capacity and requires more volunteers.
