Application - SPS Online - Military Transfer
Complete this form only if you are requesting that your child be enrolled in the Suffolk Public Schools SPS Online/Virtual Virginia Program, at no charge, due to a recent military transfer from a location where your child was a fully virtual student. 

Current active duty military parents/guardians wishing to enroll their child in the SPS Online/Virtual Virginia fulltime virtual program through Suffolk Public Schools may do so by completing this form and:

  1. Enrolling your student in Suffolk Public Schools at the zoned school.

  2. Providing evidence of your current enlistment and orders in any branch of the armed services.

  3. Meeting with the SPS Auxiliary Programs School Counselor to arrange an appropriate schedule for your student.
