Saying good-bye so soon?
You can delete your giga account only if you do not have any active giga lines. If you have an active line, do submit a cancellation request for those lines via the giga app first. Upon cancellation of your giga lines, you can continue to enjoy full services until the last day of your current cycle, and your giga line is still considered active.
Do note that after your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to login to your giga account and resume using your giga lines. The deletion of giga account cannot be reversed. Any unused gigaBucks that you have in your gigaWallet will also be forfeit.

What's next?
1. Your request will be processed within 3 working days.
2. You will receive a verification email* to complete your giga account deletion if you fulfil the criteria.
3. Once you have successfully verified your giga account deletion, we will work on it and it will be completed within 24 hours.
*By default, the verification email will be sent to your giga account email unless you have changed your contact email before under Mega menu > "My account" > "Email address".
