NOTE: Missing judges may result in fines if it leaves your school under coverage. Still, better we find out now rather (and plan accordingly) than later (in which case there are delays more fines).
We take no pleasure in this, but it messes up the tournament for students, coaches, and staff when judges don't show up for their rounds.
