Rise 2 Flow Sign-up (extended to Sept 20)
Welcome to the 'Rise 2 Flow' study. Do you sometimes feel stressed? Could you possibly benefit from techniques to help you relax when needed?
We investigate the use of neuroplasticity practices like specific breathing exercises to can help you deal better with stressful situations, become more grounded, and relax when needed.

* Timing: The study will be carried out over the twelve weeks from September 21 (calendar week 39) to December 13 (end of calendar week 50).

* We offer you: Weekly online live training in a topic relevant to personal wellbeing in the work context, followed by a simple breathing practice. You can participate live (better) or listen to and follow the recording later on (if needed). We are currently planning for Thursday 8:00-9:30pm CET / 2:00-3:30pm ET / 11:00-12:30 PT, but are still asking your preferences.

* We ask of you: To fill out an entry and an exit survey, to do the weekly practices, and to keep a journal with notes. We will email you further details about the study a week before start, like how we make sure we protect your data, the link to the entry survey, the template for the journal and details for the live sessions.

We follow standard ethics procedures at the University of Chalmers, Sweden.
