[Work Exchange positions filled] We have a 1-2 work exchange tickets available for $350. We are looking for people to help us with kitchen and cooking, assisting facilitators during group sessions, and other duties on site. I ("Participant") release from liability the Facilitators (Chelsea Hanawalt, Elissa Eskridge & Karen Olivia Kiely) for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss of any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the Sun Moon Stars Restore Your Sanctuary Retreat ("Retreat").

I recognize that there is risk involved in the types of activities offered during the Retreat. Therefore I accept financial responsibility for any injury that I may cause either to myself, other participants, the Facilitators or the property during the Retreat.

I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with illness and infectious disease, such as COVID-19. I acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of contracting an infectious disease when in close proximity to other people like in the Retreat. I agree to notify Facilitators as soon as possible if I develop symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illness. I fully release Facilitators from any and all liability arising out of or related to loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained by me or someone else due to infectious disease while participating in the Retreat or in the time afterwards.

I acknowledge that neither the Retreat nor any of the Facilitators’ other services are in any way a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice. I am aware that a Retreat of this nature can often raise awareness of unconscious material in the Participant’s field. I acknowledge that it is recommended that I have a support system of friends, family, a therapist, and/or other professionals outside of this space.

I acknowledge that the Retreat is a smoke- and substance-free space and that the Facilitators reserve the right to ask anyone in breach of this policy to leave.
