Product Usage Recommendations

As per your aestheticians instructions and our post procedure policy, it is required to not use any products containing chemical, physical, or enzymatic exfoliants for at least 5 days after your treatment. In doing so, sensitivity and irritation will occur.

If you have followed all post procedure protocols, and are still experiencing issues, consider stopping usage of the product for 1 week. After one week, re-introduce the product into your routine slowly. For example, consider using the product only once daily instead of twice.

Keep in mind, our products are medical grade, not OTC so you can expect them to be stronger then your typical products you would buy from a store.

Return/Exchange Policy

Un-opened products can be exchanged for another product or returned for a spa credit within 5 days of purchase.

Opened/used* products can be exchanged for another product or a returned for a spa credit within 10 days of purchase.
(*Must contain more than half of the product)

Return or exchange of products purchased on our online store follows the same guidelines as listed above and shipment of the product back to GLOW is to be covered by the client.
