Hear from Rebecca Klock Schroer, Partner at Holland & Hart LLP.  Rebecca has over a decade of private practice experience in the area of trust and estate law. Further, Rebecca brings institutional perspective from her prior experience as a trust officer at multiple financial institutions.  

During this Knowledge Series event on Gift Planning, you will be introduced to various estate planning techniques, including trusts, asset protection concepts and charitable giving options.  This event will also include discussion of potential tax implications of estate planning tools.
