MATINF Dataset Usage Agreement
This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between you, the downloader (“Downloader”), and the provider of the materials (“Providers”) governing the use of the materials (MATINF dataset, “Materials”).

MATINF is a crawled dataset from the Internet. Providers do not own the copyright of the Materials. However, by signing this agreement, your usage can be legally protected under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China. By downloading or otherwise accessing the Materials, the Downloader agrees that the Materials will only be used for the purpose of scientific research and must *NOT* be used for any commercial purpose. The Downloader is forbidden to share or transfer the password to access the Materials or the Materials per se to anyone else in any form without the consent of the Providers. By signing the Agreement, the Downloader must acknowledge that any illegal commercial usage may violate the law in the P.R.C. or other countries and be punished. *The Providers are not responsible for any consequence caused by the download action of the Downloader.*
