Leading a nonprofit is a challenge during the best of times. However, the stress of decision making and management during a pandemic makes leadership even more difficult.

Cheryl Taylor, the recently retired President/CEO from Foellinger Foundation, will lead this workshop for nonprofit leaders. SCCF has heard from nonprofit directors who expressed feelings of burnout and decision fatigue amid COVID-19. Cheryl will be sharing some experiences about what it’s like to serve as a leader for your organization in uncertain times.

This workshop will include time for discussion and sharing around the issues that seem most challenging for your organizations.

Location: Zoom or in-person.
