2020 Summer Camp Donate-Transfer-Refund Form
Camp Bethel (Fincastle, VA), like most other camps in Virginia, has decided to suspend our current schedule of overnight camps and day camps for the 2020 summer season.  Please complete the short form below.

Because you previously registered/paid for a 2020 summer camp program, you have risk-free options. PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW, and please complete a separate form for each camper and for each camp week. Refer to the individualized email from CampBethelOffice@gmail.com in which we list your total payments made in 2020. Good-as-Gold and Camperships are not eligible.  All refunds will be processed as soon as possible to the individual who made the payment, and please allow 4-to-6 weeks.

PLEASE CONSIDER A DONATION OR A TRANSFER. A gift, or leaving your payment with us until 2021, is a BIG HELP and is GREATLY NEEDED to help us bridge this difficult year to be viable in 2021.
