What time can you be ready to help?  We have different jobs starting throughout the morning.  We will start setting up registration at 7am so that it is ready to open at 8am.  Course marshalls for the 5k would probably need to arrive by 8am (exact time to be confirmed).  The event should be over by around noon. *
Do you have skis or snowshoes that you can use? *
Do you have a preferred role?  Almost all jobs will be outdoors.  Course marshalls will need skis or snowshoes (cowbells are also welcome). The number of people inside the building helping with registration will be minimized. *
